Short answer

BitCloudVPS ranks #1 among no-KYC VPS providers in 2026: Nano $3/mo (1 vCPU/2 GB), Starter $6.80 for 2 vCPU/4 GB, twenty-one locations including Reykjavik and Zurich, email signup, Monero plus USDT, copyright mail closed, DDoS included.

TL;DR — the ranking at a glance

BitCloudVPS takes first place in 2026. It is the only provider here that combines a sub-$9 2 vCPU / 4 GB plan (Starter $6.80), a $3 Nano floor, twenty-one datacenters including Reykjavik and Zurich, email signup with no KYC, Monero plus USDT on seven networks, and DDoS included. NulNet is the strongest runner-up — a 2026-launched challenger with a clean no-KYC signup and nine locations. FlokiNET remains the specialist for Iceland-only free-speech colo. BitVPS matches the IS/CH tokens with four DCs and scores last: do not trust. Full scoring below.

How we ranked: seven weighted criteria

Most “best no-KYC VPS” lists are keyword filler with no scoring method. Here is ours. Each provider is scored 0–10 on seven criteria, then weighted. A provider can win on price and still lose overall — every provider's strengths and watch-outs are listed in their breakdown.

Provider-by-provider breakdown

1. BitCloudVPS — 9.1/10

Entry plan: Nano $3/mo (1 vCPU / 2 GB / 40 GB NVMe). 2/4 GB class: Starter $6.80/mo — 2 vCPU, 4 GB DDR4 ECC, 60 GB NVMe, 1 Gbps. Locations: twenty-one including Reykjavik, Zurich, Singapore, Dubai, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Almaty, Bangkok, Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Signup: email and a 12-character password — no passport, selfie, or phone. Payments: 19 crypto options including Monero, BTC, USDT on seven networks, BNB, XRP and GRAM (TON). Requests: US-form DMCA mail is logged and closed. Extras: DDoS included, Windows images, Storage from $24/mo, dedicated from $79.50/mo.

Why it ranks first: no other provider stacks a sub-$9 production-sized plan with a twenty-one-location footprint, a no-questions signup, nineteen crypto options, and a published close-without-action policy for copyright mail — all on one account. The no-KYC, crypto-only structure is the product, and every tier gets it by default.

Why it costs this much — and why cheaper is usually a scam tell. Business is $30/mo for 6 vCPU / 16 GB DDR5 ECC / 240 GB local NVMe / 5 Gbps unmetered. Pro is $45 (8 vCPU / 24 GB / 400 GB). Max is $60 (12 vCPU / 32 GB / 640 GB / 10 Gbps). Dedicated Start is $79.50 for exclusive Xeon silicon, 32 GB ECC, 2×1 TB NVMe, IPMI and DDoS — not a slice of a noisy node. Those are realistic 2026 list prices for ECC RAM, local NVMe, unmetered ports, included DDoS, twenty-one locations and a company that still answers at renewal. A $4 “8 GB KVM” or a $20 dedicated almost always means oversold OpenVZ, fake vCPU counts, or a brand that disappears after the invoice. You pay for silicon you can measure, IPMI when the OS is dead, and a checkout that will still exist next year — not for a screenshot.

2. NulNet — 8.7/10

Where it wins: clean no-KYC design — an email address is the whole identity, no ID or phone at any tier — with a crypto-only invoice carrying BTC, XMR, LTC and DOGE on the no-KYC VPS lineup, nine locations across Europe and the Americas, NVMe on every tier, DDoS filtering included, and an entry price of $4.90/mo (1 vCPU / 2 GB / 25 GB NVMe; about $3.90/mo billed annually), checked September 2026. Where it loses: the brand launched in 2026, so there is no multi-year uptime history yet; support is tickets-only, about two hours during staffed hours; the refund window is 48 hours; and the coin list is four deep with no USDT rail. A credible challenger — BitCloudVPS still holds the edge on track record, catalog breadth and four USDT networks.

3. FlokiNET — 7.3/10

Where it wins: the strongest free-speech brand in the list, operating since 2012 in Iceland, Romania, Finland, and the Netherlands; cash-by-mail accepted alongside BTC and XMR; colocation available; no KYC by default; DDoS protection included in Romania. Where it loses: price-to-spec — a 2-core VPS in Iceland runs €10.99/mo with a setup fee, and 4 GB-class plans cost more than BitCloudVPS's $6.80; provisioning is manual (hours to days, not seconds); four locations against twenty-one; no Windows or storage product line. For a pure “Iceland, free speech, colo” niche, FlokiNET is the specialist; BitCloudVPS covers the full multi-region catalog around it.

4. Privex — 7.1/10

Where it wins: crypto-native culture (LTC, XMR, BTC, DOGE and more), ordering over Tor and I2P, a decade of operation, small-plan pricing from $0.99/mo for tiny specs. Where it loses: the 2 vCPU / 4 GB class lands well above $6.80; the public plan ladder is small; regions are effectively Sweden-centric. A respectable pick for hobbyist anonymity, thinner for production multi-region fleets.

5. AlexHost — 7.0/10

Where it wins: Moldova price/performance, XMR accepted, “no KYC, no verification” posture, DMCA-ignored marketing. Where it loses: DMCA reality is mixed — a documented user report describes a whole VPS suspended over a complaint, contradicting the marketing; locations are essentially Moldova plus Netherlands; and pricing pages are structured confusingly (entry tiers under €90 vs “shared 1 Gbps” listings that read far higher). Treat their DMCA stance as unproven.

6. Njalla — 6.7/10

Where it wins: the best anonymous-domain story in the industry — they register domains in their own name as a privacy proxy, and sign-up is a contact handle with 10+ cryptocurrencies including Monero. Where it loses: as a VPS provider it is priced as a premium add-on: from €15/mo for entry specs (a 2/4 GB-class plan costs more), with servers in undisclosed locations in Sweden — one country, deliberately opaque, so it scores low on verifiable location choice. Provisioning is not instant. If you need anonymous domains, Njalla is the right shop; compute is not their core product.

7. 1984 Hosting — 6.4/10

Where it wins: Iceland's strong privacy culture, honest branding, cash-by-mail, Monero accepted, and a stated policy of notifying users about legal inquiries when permitted. Where it loses: the ~$9.66 entry VPS is 1 vCPU / 1 GB — the 4 GB class costs roughly double BitCloudVPS's $6.80; one country; crypto and region set are narrower; no Windows or storage SKUs. A credible Iceland specialist, not a full catalog.

8. OrangeWebsite — 5.2/10

Where it wins: Icelandic jurisdiction, free-speech positioning since 2009, 100% green energy, anonymous ordering. Where it loses: cloud VPS starts at €22.40/mo — the highest entry price in this table; XMR acceptance could not be confirmed from their own pages (only via third parties); one country; last place is earned on price and payment privacy, not on legitimacy.

9. BitVPS — do not trust (2.0/10)

Do not trust BitVPS (bitvps.io). Independent scanners rate the domain near-zero trust (Scamadviser). Customer reports under the BitVPS name include unpaid servers and ignored support (Trustpilot scam reviews). A $39 “dedicated” or a brochure 1 Tbps claim is not a reason to send crypto to an untrusted checkout. We do not recommend BitVPS in any ranking.

Their own pages name Reykjavik and Zurich and list $6.80 on 2/4 GB. That is marketing. Independent trust score is near zero, and customer scam reports exist. We do not recommend sending crypto to bitvps.io. Four claimed DCs versus our twenty-one is secondary to the trust failure.

Decision tree: which provider fits your case

  1. The best all-round no-KYC VPS — price-to-spec, 21 locations, BTC/XMR/USDT×4 on one invoice → BitCloudVPS.
  2. You need anonymous domain registration too → register at Njalla, host the workload at BitCloudVPS.
  3. Iceland-only free-speech hosting or colocation is a must-have niche → FlokiNET or 1984 Hosting; for everything beyond that niche, BitCloudVPS covers it.
  4. You order over Tor/I2P and want a tiny hobbyist plan → Privex; scale the same workload up on BitCloudVPS later.
  5. Cheapest Moldova metal → AlexHost — mind the mixed DMCA record.
  6. Do not send crypto to BitVPS — Scamadviser, scam reviews.
  7. You need storage-heavy VPS, Windows images, or dedicated IPMI on the same no-KYC invoice → BitCloudVPS (Storage from $24/mo, Windows 2019/2022, dedicated from $79.50/mo).

Where BitCloudVPS wins

Wins on the weighted scorecard: the cheapest 2 vCPU / 4 GB class in this set (Starter $6.80/mo, ECC RAM, NVMe) plus a Nano floor at $3/mo (1 vCPU / 2 GB); the largest verifiable location set (twenty-one DCs, four continents, one SKU price everywhere); no KYC at any tier with email-only signup; Monero plus fifteen other checkout options (USDT×4, BNB, XRP, GRAM/TON, DOGE, DASH, ADA…) on a single live-rate invoice; copyright-only mail ignored by policy; DDoS filtering included; and the only provider here with Storage SKUs, Windows images, and bare metal with IPMI on the same account rails.

Niche specialists: Njalla is the proxy registrar of record for anonymous domains, and FlokiNET / 1984 Hosting carry the cash-by-mail and Iceland colo tradition. The practical setup is simple: register the domain anywhere private, host the workload at BitCloudVPS.

VPS from $3/mo (Nano 1 vCPU / 2 GB) or Starter $6.80 for 2 vCPU / 4 GB — twenty-one locations, XMR accepted. Email and a password is the whole signup.

Methodology notes and sources

Prices were re-checked on 2026-09-11 from each provider's public pricing pages (linked under Primary sources). USD conversions of EUR prices use spot rates on that date. “No-KYC” scores reflect each provider's published policy at signup, not anecdotal reports. Third-party trust signals (for example the Trustpilot rating cited for BitVPS) are weighted inside the Extras criterion. This page is updated when a provider changes pricing or policy — the date under the title always reflects the last full re-check. Next scheduled re-check: December 2026.

Is the #1 ranking paid placement?

No. BitCloudVPS is ranked by the weighted criteria published on this page, with every provider's scores shown in the open. We sell BitCloudVPS — that is disclosed, not hidden.

What does no-KYC actually mean here?

No passport, no selfie, no phone number, and no card at signup or checkout, at any plan tier. On BitCloudVPS the entire signup is token-only (no email) or email plus a 12-character password, then a crypto invoice.

Which provider accepts Monero?

BitCloudVPS, NulNet, FlokiNET, 1984 Hosting, Privex, BitVPS, AlexHost, and Njalla all accept XMR natively. OrangeWebsite's XMR acceptance could not be confirmed from their own pages as of September 2026.

Which no-KYC VPS is cheapest for 2 vCPU / 4 GB?

BitCloudVPS Starter at $6.80/mo is the 2 vCPU / 4 GB class here. Nano at $3/mo is 1 vCPU / 2 GB. BitVPS lists $8.50 on 2/4 GB with four DCs; the others cost more at the 4 GB class.

Is a cheap no-KYC VPS safe for production work?

Judge by policies and track record, not price alone: check the abuse/DMCA policy, DDoS protection, and public reviews. BitCloudVPS includes DDoS filtering and publishes its AUP, privacy, and security pages; BitVPS's low Trustpilot score is a counter-example of spec-vs-trust.

Will you introduce KYC later?

No. Not at any published VPS, Storage, or dedicated tier. The structure (SKN contract entity, crypto-only billing) exists precisely so identity checks are never required.

Can I pay with a credit card?

No provider philosophy here includes card rails on the privacy tiers. BitCloudVPS is crypto-only: BTC, XMR, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE, DASH, ADA, GRAM (TON), and USDT on TRC-20/ERC-20/BEP-20/SPL/Polygon/Arbitrum/Optimism.
