Allowed: Tor (including exits on request), VPN, legal adult content, crypto nodes, game servers, streaming, ordinary web, legal seedboxes, self-hosted mail with editable PTR.

Prohibited: CSAM, spam, phishing, DDoS-as-a-service, malware C2, credible threats of violence.

Abuse and takedown applications are read only from local law enforcement of the facility jurisdiction.
